EMEC WTC cooling tower controller with two integrated dosing pumps
Wall-mounted cooling tower controller with conductivity-based bleed control and biocide and inhibitor dosing through two integrated pumps.
Description
About WTC
EMEC WTC is a dedicated cooling tower controller, wall-mounted, with two built-in solenoid dosing pump heads. It measures the conductivity of the recirculating water through an ECDCC contact probe to control the bleed valve, and manages biocide dosing by timer and inhibitor dosing by water meter signal. It has an input for a stand-by flow switch and an alarm output, and suits industrial and HVAC cooling tower systems.
Key features
- Conductivity-based bleed control with ECDCC contact probe
- Two integrated solenoid dosing pumps for biocide and inhibitor
- Timer mode for biocide dosing, can be combined with a water meter for inhibitor
- Timer output to control an additional dosing pump
- Stand-by input, alarm output and chemical level alarm
- Optional weatherproof enclosure and web-based remote management
